Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are available only in the presence of the courier, opening the order is allowed, and no returns are possible after the shipping courier leaves.
Exchange is allowed within 5 days only, through the exchange form available on the site.
The order cannot be split; the entire order must be received or returned in full. Requesting different sizes/models to choose between them is not allowed.
Items containing a sale or discount code cannot be exchanged; they can only be returned in the presence of the courier.
Delivery time takes 2-7 working days, excluding Friday, Saturday, and any official holidays. Exchange takes the same duration
